What size am I?
Naturally, we want you to buy the right size, so please check out the sizing conversion information on our Size Guide page. Irregular Choice footwear is graded using Euro sizes, and we provide UK, US, AU and Japanese conversions on our size guide.
You will also find style reviews from our customers on each product page, where you can get extra information on fit to help you choose the perfect size!
How high are the heels?
Heel heights given, are an approximate measurement taken from the outside of the heel to the floor, on a size 37, and are a guide only. Larger sizes may have a higher heel due to overall scaling of the style. All heel and platform measurements are in centimeters (cm) and they can be found on the product page for each style.

How accurate are the product photographs?
Our styles are a riot of fluorescent, iridescent, holographic, reflective, and glittery finishes, which are very hard to fully convey in our product photography! We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the true colours of the products on our website, however please do read the product description for extra colour and finish info as well. Please be sure check your device's screen settings, as we cannot guarantee that your display will be 100% accurate to the real-life product.
Please be aware that sole and box designs shown may differ from that shown on the product images depending on season or edition. Occasionally we may need to change materials, construction, or finishes on our products and they may appear different to the description, measurement or image given online. We try to keep this to a minimum, however it may happen from time to time.
Are your products vegan?
When designing and manufacturing our shoes, we select materials and trims from thousands of sources. Whilst we have accurate information on the materials used, it's not always possible to get exact information about any dyes, threads, glues, trims, glitter, sequins, paints, cements, resins or glues which may be used further up the supply chain.
Due to this we are not able to honestly label our products as truly vegan or vegetarian.
The majority of our styles do not contain any animal leathers, however some styles do use leather, and some styles may also be trimmed with real feathers for example. This choice depends on design needs, cost, finish, colour, and durability; and we choose the best materials we can find to make our designs as amazing as possible and built to last.
If a style contains leather in the upper, sock, lining, sole or trim, we will state this on the product page, and the material info sticker on the style itself will also show this. It is company policy, and has been for many years, to use faux fur rather than real fur.
Tell me about the light-up shoes!
Some of our styles have amazing extra features like flashing lights! Woohoo! Most styles that feature light-up LED components have concealed, non-replaceable batteries, and an on/off switch. Full details of how to operate the lights and instructional videos for each style will be shown on the product page. If you need any further assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!
For styles which have rechargeable batteries, each charge should take at most 2 hours. We don't recommend wearing any light-up styles in particularly wet weather, or submerging in water or puddles, for example, as this will damage the style and wiring. Micro USB cables are generally not provided with each style in an effort to minimise cable wastage (we hope that most people will already have a suitable cable at home already!).
The item I want is sold out!
We know there is nothing worse than the item that you want being out of stock! Unfortunately we have to discontinue some styles at the end of each season to keep our product range fresh and exciting. If the product you want has sold out or is no longer available you will be able to sign up for a back in stock alert for that size/style on the product page and we will email you straight away, as soon as the product becomes available!

VAT, Duty, Tariffs and Tax
UK Orders:
Orders delivered to the UK include any applicable tax and/or duty in the product price, calculated at checkout. You will not be charged any extra fees to receive delivery of your order.
US Orders:
Orders delivered to the US include all additional tax, duty, and tariffs in the product and shipping prices, calculated at checkout. You will not be charged any extra fees to receive delivery of your order.
EU Orders:
Orders delivered to the EU include all additional tax, duty, and fees, and are calculated seperately at checkout. You will not be charged any extra fees to receive delivery of your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via credit or debit card, and Paypal. Some credit and debit cards are subject to enhanced validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us, this is to help maintain security and prevent fraud.
We hope to add more payment methods, such as BNPL and digital wallets like Apple Pay, shortly.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in £GBP Pound Sterling.
When do you take payment?
We debit payment as soon as your order is placed.

How do I get a discount code?
From time to time (mainly in our newsletters), we may publish a discount code that offers a promotional saving. This may be a discount off your order, reduced postage costs, or a combination of both. If you are signed up to our newsletter, we will email you if a new code is released. Irregular Choice also uses a variety of different advertising mediums where from time to time we may publish a discount code. All of our vouchers will have a set of attached terms and conditions such as, the value of the discount, how long its valid for, and how many times it can be used.
How do I use my discount code?
Make sure you type your code into the appropriate box when you check out, and hit submit to apply it to your order. If you forget to apply the code at this stage, we won’t be able to apply it later on.
I forgot to use my discount code!
Oops, we are sorry but once your order has been submitted to us we are unable to apply a discount code. You may however be able to use it on another order subject to the terms and conditions published with the voucher.
How do discount codes affect returns and refunds?
If you used a discount code when placing your original order, your refund amount may be adjusted to reflect this - for example if you use a code which gives you 3 items for the price of 2, and you return one of these items, that item counts as the 'free' item and you will not receive a refund for it (as you would no longer qualify for the 3 for 2 discount). Unfortunately, we can't reissue a discount code, even if your original order is returned to us.

When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of being placed. As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive an email from us to let you know. You may receive additional emails and texts from us or directly from our couriers with tracking information, dependent upon which delivery service you selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
All deliveries should receive tracking emails directly from us either within the order dispatch email, or from the carrier by the latest of the morning after dispatch. Please get in touch with us if your tracking info is missing, or seems incorrect.
I need to change my order!
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change or alter it. Please advise us of any errors or issues as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist accordingly.
I would like to cancel my order!
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Irregular Choice. Please email us ASAP if you need to cancel your order and we'll do our best to assist. If we have already processed and shipped your order, you will need to return the order to us according to our returns policy, in order to cancel it.
Items are missing from my order!
We will send each item in your order individually, as it is not always possible to send everything you've ordered at the same time or in the same parcel. If an item is missing from your delivery please get in touch with us, let us know the order number and the product code or product name of the item you are missing and we will investigate for you.
You've made a mistake with my order!
We are really sorry, please forgive us! Obviously mistakes should not happen, but we are human and even with the best staff in the world now and again things can sometimes go wrong. If we have made a mistake we will rectify it as quickly as possible. Simply let us know what's wrong via email, including your order number, and we will be in touch ASAP to make it right.
My order has been cancelled!
We reserve the right to cancel an order without warning if we suspect fraud or if we suspect the shoes are being bulk-bought to be re-sold. Please contact us if you require further information. We also reserve the right to cancel any voucher codes we believe have been misused.

Do you deliver to my country?
We currently only deliver to the UK, US, and select EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot currently deliver to it.
We are hoping to roll out services to the rest of the world ASAP!
Where is my order sent from?
We dispatch our orders from a number of professional logistics warehouses around the world. The warehouse your order is dispatched from will be chosen automatically based on stock availbility, location and other specific factors.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
UK Orders:

Do you deliver to PO Box, BFPO or PO addresses?
Unfortunately none of our carriers currently accept/deliver to PO Box, BFPO or APO shipments, so we're unable to accept orders for these locations. If you place an order for delivery to one of these addresses, we'll usually cancel the order or contact you to change the delivery address to a different address.
How much do you charge for postage?
UK: FREE shipping!
EU: £4.95 per order, plus applicable duties and tax.
US: starting from £9.95 per order, calculated based on your order weight.
When will my order be sent?
We dispatch orders very quickly, usually within 48 hours of the order being placed. Occasionally this time may be affected by order volumes, public holidays or delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until the pre-order shipping date, even if the order also contains other items that are ready to ship before this. Due to this we recommend ordering pre-order items separatley, per shipment date, so you get your items as quickly as possible!
returns & refunds
How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from irregularchoice.com, you can return any or all of your order to us for a refund.
Simply fill out the form on our returns page to initiate your return request. Once your request is approved you will be sent a returns label to dispatch your item/s back to us. Returned items must be in original unworn condition, including any tags and accessories, and packaged to prevent in-transit damage to the items or their packaging.
We do not offer free returns, however we do now offer our own returns service priced at £5.95 per shipment for UK orders and £9.95 per shipment for US and EU orders. The charge for this return service will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings, cosmetics, and tights cannot be returned if opened. Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined, so please generate one return request per order number.
Have you received my return?
You can use the tracking number for your return parcel to check if it's been received - this is the quickest way to check!
When will I receive my refund?
We will process a refund at most within 14 working days after receiving your parcel, however most refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt unless we are experiencing a busy period.
Once you have received a notification that your return has been processed, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and we have no control over it. We will credit your refund by the same method you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we'll contact you to arrange another form of payment.
I want to return a faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the issue found, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us, and we will do our best to assist you!
My refund is incorrect!
If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact us via email, quoting your order number and the amount you believe you should be refunded and we’ll deal with it as a priority.
Please note the following may affect your refund: premuim and international delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty and a refund is made. If a discount was applied to your original order, and the refund of a returned item means that the original discount would no longer apply, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect this. If the returned item has been returned in poor condition we may refuse the refund or make a charge for cleaning, repacking, or repair.

Where is my customer account?
As we have relaunched, any old customer details, accounts, wishlists, order details etc, linked to any irregularchoice.com website trading before 2026, are no longer accessible. Call it a fresh start?
Do I need an account to use the website?
No - not at all! You can happiy browse and checkout without having to register a customer account. It may make sense to create an account if you'd like to save your address details at checkout, or use wishlists for example.

How do I recycle your products?
Shoes, clothes, bags and boxes can all be recycled. Recycling points are often found in most large supermarkets, and also in your local area if you don't have household recycling collections.
There are many charities that will gladly accept used shoes and clothing. It is not fair for us to list lots of different charities, as each charity is just as important as another! Simply walk down your local high street and we are sure you will find a great charity looking for donations.
