If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from irregularchoice.com, you can return any or all of your order to us for a refund.

Simply fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order in full to begin your return request. Once your request is approved you will be sent a returns label to dispatch your item/s back to us. Returned items must be in original unworn condition, including any tags and accessories, and packaged to prevent in-transit damage to the items or their packaging.

We do not offer free returns, however we do now offer our own returns service priced at £5.95 per return shipment for UK orders and £9.95 per return shipment for US and EU orders. The charge for this return service will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.

Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined, so please generate one return request per order number. Returns must be dispatched back to us within 14 days of receipt of your return parcel label.

Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings, cosmetics, and tights cannot be returned if opened.

We will issue a refund usually within 14 working days of receiving your return at our warehouse.

If you need an exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the size you need whilst you return the unwanted size for a refund - this is the quickest option to get your new item!

Once your refund has been processed, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and we have no control over this. We will credit your refund by the same method you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we'll contact you to arrange another form of payment.

If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact us at hello@irregularchoice.com quoting your order number and the amount you believe you should be refunded, and we’ll deal with this as a priority.

Please note the following may affect your refund: international and express delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty or incorrect, and a refund is requested. If a discount was applied to your original order, and the refund of a returned item means that the original discount would no longer apply, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect this. If the returned item has been returned in poor condition or is incomplete in any way (missing packaging/trims, damaged item or branded packaging) we may refuse the refund, return the item back to you, or make a charge at our discretion for cleaning, replacement or repair.

Returning due to fault or incorrect item received

You will have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us - if you need assistance at all please get in touch! We will not charge return costs for any faulty or incorrect items.

Late returns

If we receive your return or return request after the returns period detailed above has expired, we may not accept or approve your return. Depending on the circumstances we may do one or more of the following...

Refuse the return and/or send your item/s back to you at the original order delivery address
Accept the returned item, and issue you a gift card or store credit valid for 1 year at the current selling price of the item, or the price you paid, whichever is the lower amount
Email you to request further information on your return
Make deductions from your refund/credit for return shipping costs; cleaning, repair, or repackaging costs
