How The Contract Is Formed Between You And Us
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before dispatch (including, without limitation, where we suspect fraud, bulk buying for resale, a pricing error, or stock availability issues).

Consumer Contract Rights
Your consumer rights depend on where you live.
UK and EU customers (consumer purchases)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products (subject to any lawful exceptions). If you cancel within this period, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
USA and other customers
For customers in the USA (and any other country), returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, except where local law gives you additional mandatory rights.
To cancel or request a return, you must contact us in writing and follow the steps set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returned Products must be in the same condition as received (unworn, with original packaging where applicable), unless the item is faulty.
Availability & Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or events outside our control.
We ship from Hong Kong (or other fulfilment locations we may use from time to time).
Risk & Title
You will be responsible for the Products from the time they are delivered to you. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Price & Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due as set out at checkout.
Taxes, VAT, duties and import charges
Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to additional charges depending on destination:
UK: VAT may be charged at checkout where required. Depending on your order and shipping method, import charges may also apply.
EU: VAT and/or import charges may apply depending on destination country and the shipping option selected.
USA: Sales tax may be collected where required, and import duties may apply depending on the shipment.
Unless we clearly state at checkout that duties/taxes are included, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or handling charges charged by your country or the carrier.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will contact you with the correct price and you may choose to continue the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Vouchers, Discount & Goodwill Codes
Gift vouchers, credit notes, discount codes and goodwill codes are subject to any terms provided at issue and/or at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise:
Discount and goodwill codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Codes may not be reissued if lost or expired
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively
If you return an item purchased with a discount, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel or refuse codes where we reasonably believe they have been misused.
Sale
At times, our website will offer certain Products at a reduced price in a Sale period. Sale prices may change during a Sale period.

Some Products may show small variations due to hand-finishing and production updates. This does not affect your legal rights.
Import Duty
Orders shipped to the UK, EU or USA may be subject to customs checks and import charges depending on local rules.
If duties/taxes are not collected at checkout, these charges will be requested by the carrier or your local customs authority. You are responsible for paying them.
If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we may deduct any return shipping, handling fees and unrecoverable charges from your refund.
