On 11th September 2025 we announced that we will be closing our Brighton store on 28th September, and our website will cease taking orders in the weeks following this. You can find out more about why this is happening by reading the statement from Dan Sullivan, owner of Irregular Choice here.

Q&A

Will my order be fulfilled?

Yes, absolutely. We are working hard to dispatch orders, currently orders are being dispatched within 2-5 working days of being placed.

When will you stop taking orders?

Our Brighton store closed its doors on the 28th September 2025. Our website will cease taking orders once our stock runs out. We will announce closer the time when this will be.

Can I still use my gift cards?

Yes, you can still redeem any Irregular Choice gift cards you hold either in our Brighton store or online here. We have stopped issuing new gift cards as of 10th September 2025.

Can I still return my order?

Yes, you can still return orders in line with our return policy, by post to to our usual returns address, even after we have stopped taking online orders. As we only offer free UK returns for full priced items, and every item online is now discounted, we are no longer offering a free returns service. UK customers can still use the Royal Mail returns portal that you are used to, but going forward we will deduct a £3 fee per return parcel from your refund, for any returned orders using this service. You can still return your order to us using any other chosen suitable postal service at your own cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are working hard to dispatch orders, currently orders are being dispatched within 2-5 working days of being placed.

Can I still use Klarna?

Yes, we are still accepting payments via all our usual payment methods, including Klarna.
