Our warehouse will be dispatching orders up until Tuesday the 24th December 2024. Our warehouse and customer service will then be closed for the Christmas break, and will open again on Friday 27th December. Our teams work weekdays only, so please do be patient during this time as we expect a backlog of orders from the Christmas break.

We have an extended returns policy for the Christmas period!
Online orders placed on or between Wednesday 4th December and Friday 20th December 2024 qualified for our extended returns period. These orders can be returned to us by Friday 10th January 2024 for exchange, credit or refund as per our returns policy. Please note that once received, returns can take up to 10 working days to process - we expect to receive a lot of returns in January so please do be aware ththere will be a backlog or returns to process during this time.
