I wear a 9-9.5 wide in US sizes (depends on the shoe). I took a chance and went with a 40 W given the amount of play the shoe size had. These shoes are tall, comfortable, quirky and gorgeous. I have just recently entered my "girly" era and am not the best at dressing up uf I gave to sacrifice comfort. So happy to have found this brand!
