Firstly, let me begin by saying how fantabulous it is to have Irregular Choice back in business!
As soon as I saw these mules I knew I had to have a pair! I love all things purple and all things sparkly; what can I say, I’m a girly girl?! It was love at first sight., although I have to admit, I almost chose the black sparkly mules, but there’s something irresistible about the purple ones. I was super excited when they arrived and just a tiny bit nervous about whether they would fit or not. Anyone who is familiar with Irregular Choice knows that sizing can vary quite a bit depending on the shoe type. I decided to go with a UK size 4 (EU size 37) because that is my “normal” size, and I am so glad I did! These mules not only look incredible, they feel incredible! They have a buckle which can be adjusted, which is appreciated by me because I have extremely narrow feet and am liable to walk right out of a pair of shoes! I tightened the buckle so they keep my feet secure but I can still slip them on and off as intended. The insoles are really comfortable with a bit of cushioning. What really makes these mules feel great is the incredibly soft fur that lines the top of the shoe. It’s like sinking into a memory foam mattress! My feet are very happy feet in these mules. One thing I will mention is that I don’t wear socks ever, so for me the fur lining is perfect. I’m not sure how they’d feel wearing socks though. If you’re someone who wears socks inside their slippers then you’ll probably not think twice when wearing these.
I adore them, and may need to treat myself to a black pair very soon!
